Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns for any reason, including Buyer’s Remorse, please see below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEPS TO START A RETURN:

  1. To start a return, email us at returns@luxurylaundryshop.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed to the following address: 1303 McLain St, Newport, AR 72112. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the return, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we will pay for the cost of mailing the item back to us.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer's Remorse
We accept returns for any reason, including for Buyer's Remorse. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us in the case of Buyer’s Remorse. (We will cover the cost of mailing the item back for damaged, defective and incorrect items.)

We Refund Your Original Payment Method
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, to let you know the return is approved. Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please see our Refund Policy here: https://luxurylaundryshop.com/policies/refund-policy

Your refunded amount will only include the shipping cost you paid when you first placed your order if the item is returned due to being defective, damaged or incorrect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
