Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages, Defective and Incorrect Items
We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the cost of mailing the item back to us if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Buyer's Remorse
We accept returns and offer refunds for Buyer's Remorse. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us in the case of Buyer’s Remorse. (We only cover the cost of mailing the item back for damaged, defective and incorrect items.)
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Instead, we will process a refund for the unwanted item and then you can purchase the correct item.
