Shipping policy:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that the 1-2 day processing time is separate from the estimated 1-3 day shipping time.
Our warehouse is located in Newport, Arkansas.
Domestic shipping rates and delivery estimates:
We ship using USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on where you’re located. Our warehouse is located in Newport, Arkansas. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note shipping time is separate from processing time, which is 1 to 2 days.
Hawaii/Alaska shipping:
Currently we are not shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for the inconvenience.
International shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@luxurylaundryshop.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us in Newport, Arkansas, unless the item is damaged or defective in which case we will cover the cost of shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@luxurylaundryshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us if it is damaged.
